Arrow EscapeTerms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Toolverse for Arrow Escape: Tap Away Puzzle (the "App"). By installing or playing the App you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and to the rules of the app store you got it from.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and must approve any purchase.
Virtual items
Coins, hints, streak shields, skips and similar items are virtual: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and exist only inside the App. We may change how they are earned, priced or used at any time. They are kept on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your Google account; without that sign-in they are lost if you uninstall the App or lose your device, and we cannot restore them.
Purchases and refunds
Any in-app purchases the App offers are made through Google Play or the App Store under their terms and prices, which may change. "Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase tied to your store account and can be restored from the App's settings on any device signed in to that account. Coin and hint packs are consumed on use and cannot be restored. Refund requests go to the store; we honour whatever the store decides and any refund rights the law gives you.
Advertising
The App is supported by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional; you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game benefit, and the benefit is granted only when the ad provider confirms the ad was completed.
Fair play
You agree not to modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, to tamper with purchases, ads or rewards, to use bots or automation, to circumvent any technical limit, or to use the App for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end your access if you do.
Ownership
The App, its levels, artwork, sounds, names and code belong to Toolverse or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Emoji artwork is Twemoji, © Twitter and contributors, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence; open-source components and their licences are listed inside the App. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, and are not obliged to keep any level, item or feature available. Updates may be required to keep playing.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Toolverse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost progress, virtual items or data, arising from the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the licence if you break these terms. Sections on ownership, warranty, liability and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms; the current version is always at https://playarrowescape.web.app/terms with its effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
